unfortunately i don't think there is a way from stopping people hearing your thoughts my only suggestion is stop thinking about it the more time and thought you put into it the worse it will become try distracting your self from this if all else fails try accepting that this is just another temporary part of your life...it does not do to dwell hard i know been there...

I'm clairvoyant and normally High FM band radio signals between your head (head phone) distract proper mind probs. We will adapt though... Aluminum Foil only works with Alien from reading your thoughts.

Bad people are very sneaky and clever, and no matter what you try to do to block them from reading your thoughts, they will always find a way around it.
So what you should do is make sure you always think nothing but GOOD, CLEAN thoughts--bad people hate good thoughts, and your endless stream of these will either drive them away or drive them crazy!

People don't read your thoughts. You must be a very conspicuous person. Your body language reflects your thoughts, therefore other people can 'read' your thoughts.
