I always feel sick, I sometimes actually get sick after food, or anything, when I get my period the blood is fluro red, and its clots sometimes, I don't know if I should worry or not, I need you your advise what should I do?

A lot of females get sick when it is that time of the month, whether it is from food, certain smells, etc. It is also normal to have some clots in your period, but if you begin to experience large sums and have severe cramping, I would advise you to see a doctor.

I've never heard that the color of menstrual blood could indicate a problem. But combined with all the other symptoms you list, I think something is up. Be sure to mention all these symptoms and anything else you remember when you see your doctor.

You should definitely see a doctor/OBGYN. The feeling sick all the time is not normal, and the symptoms you're experiencing with your period could indicate a problem. Your body is trying to tell you something...you should listen to it.
