ok I think I decyphered your code already. you mean : the letters on your keyboard do not respond to the letters that show on your computer screen right. check your region settings. go to control panel then to regional and language options and make sure that next to customize button it has "english (united states) if you are in the US. maybe that's what is wrong with your keyboard also go to languages tab then click on details and make sure that keyboard is "US" that's if you are in the US of course.

just had the same issue. You must have accidentally hit the "number lock" key. find the number lock key to undo it
