where can I get info on , where can I buy seeds or better yet plants of a flower called SNOW ON THE MOUNTAIN? Do they come back on their own every year? when do they bloom, for how long, climate soil basically everthing on this plant to make it grow & exist in my flower garden

Euphorbia marginata aka 'Snow on the Mountain' is an easy plant to grow. When growing up as a child, we had a home in Iowa, and it did come back every year. It was originally planted in the early 1980's in the north east corner of our home. In the early 1990's it had spread all along the north side of our house, so it really seems to thrive in shade.
