pinched -a kind of act of hurting
i pinched myself to keep myself awake
pinced is just a slang word ...it has the same meaning as pinched........it is not grammatically correct to use it.....dictionaries don't accept i t..........it is not the right usage of english......u can use it as a substitute of pinced if needed..........

they are the same word but pinced is the old french word , basically the word they used in the place of pinch in France in the olden times.
