Try pepto bismol or tums. The bismol may darken your stools for a while. Don't be alarmed.
If your stomach is upset after taking medicine, consult your pharmacist. Perhaps you are required to take it with food or even after eating. For example, I have the option of taking Allegra (for allergies) either one hour BEFORE eating or two hours AFTER. It requires an empty stomach. So read the prescription inserts every time you get a prescription. That's why they are there.

When you have an unpset stomach after eating it is a sign of several factors.
Ulcers and or inflammation of the upper intestinal lining from the stomach.

Food poisoning is ruled out because I am analyzing based on what you have said.

If you are over eating it can cause problems. I would take a Zantac before eating and try that.
Pepto Bismol has been a goody, but not a solution.

peppermint candy can work. What I do personally is pour a glass of soda pop, like Pepsi or Sprite, put Alka-Seltzer in the pop until it dissolves and drink it. It works for me, and it tastes really good believe it or not. I would rather drink pop this way than the regular way.
