Why can't you people be original with your questions???

People ask me this all the time.

Not everyone does search for the question if it was asked before, sometimes they do..and in some cases the previous answers did not seem good enough..so the question asker will ask the question again..so a new group of people can maybe give some better answers to the question. As for making up new questions, i usually ask questions to get answers to something i'm interested in, and not just to spark debates on websites. Not all questions have to be original, much like your question is not original at all..I'm sure many people have thought about it, but just chose not to ask it because they could answer it themselves and/or didn't think it was a question worth asking. Well as I see it not everyone reads every question, and they ignore it when the list comes up with similar questions, but they ask anyway.
I think some people read a question and it makes them think of something similar they'd like to ask
and they think if they ask the same question but worded differently they'll get more answers
either that or they just don't care

GOOD QUESTION, but you have to realize that theres so many people in the world so every second theres a new quesion or the same one someone already asked. see people dont see if there question may have already been posted, so they just go ahead and post it.

It's hard with so many questions being posted every minute of everyday, it's nearly impossible to be original.
