Last time I watched the show, Gabriella was still pregnant. Did she lose the baby or what happened?

I do remember the guy locked up in the basement. He was chained up in that lady and her sons house. Who was he, what happened to him and the lady and the son. How did he get away from the chains and did he get caught.

Betty Applewhite's (Susan's neighbor, I think that's her name) son broke into Gabrielle's house and she fell down the stairs running away from him and had a miscarriage. Now she can't have a baby anymore. They used their maid as a surrogate mother, but the Dr. implanted the wrong egg and so they had to give the baby to another couple. Then Carlos had an affair with the maid and Gaby divorced him. Now Zach Young is trying to date her.

Yes she lost the baby when she fell down the stairs. She fell down the stairs when one of the Applewhite boys broke in to her house. He startled her and she stumbled and fell down the stairs, causing her to miscarry. The maid is getting letters telling her that she is going to get deported, so Carlos and Gabby decide to make her a surrogate so that she can stay in the country and then they can get their baby.

Fell down the stairs at her home and lost the baby. She got scared by that guy that was locked up in the basement...remember? He was in her house.
