Why did Carlos know that Gabby and Zach didn't have sex on Desperate Housewives?

When Carlos glanced at Zack he noticed he was HUGE. He made two really funny comments: First pointing to the big sausage/pepperoni hanging in the pizza shot then the best was the comment about SeaBiscuit (meaning he's hung like a horse) that one cracked me up. That's why he said if you had slept with him you would have remembered because of his size.

Did you see when he pointed to the GIANT sausage?
yeah he stated "youd know if you were with him" and pointed to a GIANT sausage LOL
thats why she said "WHAT? little zach young?"
