Every morning, I write down a list of things that annoy me or piss me off. Idiot drivers, rude customer service people, people who show no thanks, kids who show no respect, certain people blaming ME for things I didn't do, assholes who cut me in line, bums who ask me for change, rude people who stare at me, stuck-up women who go out of their way to make me feel like $###, boring people talking about the same boring crap day after day, etc. I then pick one annoyance per day and tally the number of times I had to deal with that particular annoyance. Each tally = one drink for me. So instead of letting the anger accumulate inside of me, I just say to myself, "That's one more beer I'll be drinking this weekend!" Finally, on Friday night, I add 'em all up, divide by two (gotta drink on both Friday and Saturday), and drink like every weekend's St. Patty's Day. My drinking games have gotten me drunk since my college days because other people know how to get on my every last nerve.

If so many things annoy you every day I think you need to chill out! Seriously, everyone has to cope with these things, but you just need to rise above it, don't let the idiots get to you or you'll never get any peace. Social drinking is a way of relaxing and forgetting about the problems of the week but it shouldn't be a reward for how pissed off you've been!
