First of all sex for sharing your intimacy to your spouse and it is not only for having child. Child is a byproduct only but it becomes important afterwards. While having sex enjoy that alone.
Problem may be with your partner also. Both of you go for check up. Generally except first and last seven days of mensural cycle the chances of pregnancy is higher. It does not mean that during the period pregnancy is sure.
Try and try till you succeed and enjoy.
As you could convey your problem, there is no problem in your language.

Ovulation is not the only thing which matters. Ovualtion means only your eggs are forming in the ovary. They must get out of the ovary. Ovary gets ruptured or you can say it breaks out and that's when the eggs come out of the ovary. This is called rupturing. We have around 48 hours after the ovary ruptures. That's the time when intercourse is a must. It depends on your cycle. In some cases, or some months ovary ruptures on the 5th day(of the cycle). The best symptoms are urine frequency, pain in the right or left side of the stomuch and exitment. Timing does matter, but it is not necessary that you will pregnant as soon as you have intercourse. The best days that are recommended are between 8th and 16th day of the cycle. Have intercourse every alternate day in these days. But don't force yourself and your husband for it. Do it casually. Eat healthy food, think positive and don't always think about the preganancy. You will go into depression if you go on thinking about pregnancy and it will become more and more difficult to get pregnant. Think positive and do your routine works. Best of luck.

You can only get pregnant during ovulation. Which last for a few days. Its as the egg leaves the fallopian tube and finds its way into the uterus. If it has been fertilised it will implant itself in the uterine wall. It does not always happen on the first try as some would have you believe. Sometimes it takes several times of trying. Stress can even pervent an egg from being fertilised.

When you get your period start counting days . Around 10-11 days later start having sex everyday. Normally ovulation occurs around day 14. If you have sex after you ovulate you may miss your chance. You want the sperm to be there waiting when the egg is released. Keep trying, but don't get upset over it. If after a year of really trying you haven't gotten pregnant than see your doctor, there may be something keeping it from happening. Best of luck to and have fun!!!!

If you have sex on the day you ovulate then you have a 25% chance of becoming pregnant. It is not 100%. Try having sex 14 days after you START your period. That is usually when you ovulate. Keep trying. I will work. Good luck!

You have been given the wrong information. You can only get pregnant when you are ovulating, but that does not mean you WILLl get pregnant while ovulating. Your chances are much greater to get pregnant during those 2 or 3 days a month when you are ovulating, but this is not guaranteed. If so, everyone who wanted to get pregnant would on their first try. It sometimes takes up to 12 months for healthy fertile couples to get pregnant.

I always heard you should start having sex a few days before and everyday up to the day you ovulate. I heard sex on the day you ovulate is actually to late to get pregnant, that the sperm need to be in place before ovulation actually occurs. Sperm live anywhere from 3 - 7 days.

I consider your age between 20 to 35 and you and your husband are normal. "Try, Try and Try". Nothing better than that. You know what I mean. Make love as many times in a day as possible. That is the real solution
