Do lots of squats, deadlifts, and bench press. Maybe even throw in some cleans for explosiveness. If you only weigh 185 as an o-lineman you need to start eating more, taking a protein supplement and creatine to gain weight. Try pyramiding your weight when you lift. Say you can do 225 for 10 reps. Next set go up to 245 for 6 reps, then 265 for 2-4 reps. Then go back down in that order. You need to get your muscles acclimatized to lifting heavier weights to shock them into growing. Do the same for squats and deads.

Do lots of heavy excersises that are simple but very hard. Squats, dead lift, dips, benchpress, military press and weighted pull ups. Forget about curls, triceps, and light excersises. And eat, eat, eat. You should drink about a gallon of whole milk a day, 3500 to 4000 calories a day. 6-7 meals. PROTIEN, Good carbs from whole grains, and non saturated fats. If you like eggs eat them... ALL OF THEM!
