Definitely, I didn't even quite believe it. She went really drastic, yes. There are any clear reasons coming out yet, but it may have been because she wanted to turn over a new leaf. At least, she said something along those lines when she was askde by Esther's Hair Salon owner, Ms. Tognozzi.

by the way, the owner of the salon is selling britney's shaved hair along with her leftover energy drink and her blue lighter for $1 Million!

I guess she hated her hair so much that she just wanted it all shaved off.It didn't shock me however this is just one of many things she has done to get media attention.
