change your password ( or create one ), then create another user for him to use that does not have admin privilidges, in XP this is called a limited account.
Show him how to log on to his own account, he'll get his own desktop, his own 'my documents' and coz it's a limited account he'll not be able to install anything.

create a password and dissable installation unless there is a password.
