Yes some antispyware programs detect key loggers. Theres software out there that finds and deletes them easily.

first two answers address spyware. if you are a kid, and your parents put a good monitor program on your computer..... no, there is nothing you can do. (see "spectersoft pro") installation of these programs would require direct access to youor computer, and a licence generally of about $100.
