After man u/lille match fergie was being interviewed... reporter asked"have u ever seen anything like that? was it intimidation by the lille players?" alex responded with a vague "yeah yeah" as he tried to collect his thoughts... 2 mins later u see the same reporter, later, sensationally reporting to the studio that fergie had said "IT WAS INTIMIDATION BY THE LILLE PLAYERS".... What is it with journalists??.... makes me think about ITN news reader(maybe nicholas owen?? cant remember his name) and the joy in his eyes when 2 more bodies had been found in Ipswich few months back...god he was loving it... next day he hosted news at ten in his best coat from ipswich red light district!

You are right he made it appear as if Fergerson had made the statement but he hadn't.
Fergerson did say he had seen nothing like it before.Probably not in the same league as another frenchman at Crystal Palace
