The "quality of life" should override one's "right to life".
What kind of "life" is it if you are only suffering?

Are they in their right mind? How can you be with so much stress. If they wish to do it themselves no one can stop them. But there is a fine line between assisted suicide and murder.

I think so, but the problem is that there isn't a clause that it is ok to kill anyone except in the case of a state execution.
