I recently had an oscar, it was my best pal, that time I had a 30g fish tank so i gave him to my friend. I used to hold the dried shrimp or tubiflex cubes over the water and he would jump out to fetch it. some times I used t catch small butterflies and flying insects from the garden (live) then place them on water surface of my tank & cover it with net, then the oscar used to follow them jump out of water and grab the insect while it was struggling to get out of net searching its way out of there & the oscar would finish all of them it was really enjoyalbe to watch. I even played tug of war, follow finger, flip over, etc. My tank always used to be covered with net because he was a good jumper.

My Oscar, fish fingers, i have taught her to play ping pong, we have a sunken ping pong ball and when she's bored she flicks her tail and it bounces of the tank wall and she keeps doing it. I also have a floating one which i throw at the water and she knocks it a few cm's above the water. I've also taught her to jump when she's hungry.

My oscar fish (Pinky) would jump out of the tank to take goldfish from my hand. We would do it for company we had over. Everyone thought it was too cool.

I taught one of my female bettas to jump and grab food from my finger. It turned out to be a bad idea, now she jumps over tank dividers to fight other fish and tries to jump out of the tank at feeding time (she succeeded 3 times). Now I have to keep her in a tank by herself with a low water level so that she can't jump out at feeding time. :P

i have this goldfish and i taught it to come to my hand when i put my finger on the tank.. (probably cuz it thinks its food) also it likes to eat when i feed her with my hand! i pet it a lot and it doesnt mind.. its a common goly fish. theyre easy and fun to "train" because they love you cuz they think you have food.
