If you watched Sunday's The Apprentice you heard Trump suggest that by looking around in a mall the project manager should have realized she was going to have a language barrier. Do you think that if you see a hispanic person you should assume they can't speak English like he suggested?

No, you shouldn't suggest or assume that. His racism is definitely a derivative of ignorance.

No, you shouldn't assume they can't speak English, and he didn't say that anyway. He said that they should have anticipated a language issue once they saw the demographic. That is true. It isn't racist. It's intelligent business planning. Even if they didn't need translators for sure, they should have planned for all possible situations.

it's common sense to think that. they will most likely speak in their native tongue. that goes for all these minority communties.
