Ok so your going to study 4 day because the exam is on the 5th day right? Ok so study 3-4 subjects a day. BUT to get motivated....Study your easiest thing first. Make a goal to get to page w.e or know these defs. or facts . If you want to do it faster make a time limit of 20mins per subject. If you make it to your goal. STOP
Then w.e you enjoy videogames, tv, computer, food: do one of these thing and give yourself 20mins-30mins to enjoy that for a reward! Do this each day!
Make a schedule and plan what subjects for each day!

This is my same problem, change your environment. Go on campus somewhere quiet and dont bring anything that can distract you like a phone lap top or magazine. Then sit there and make a promise not to leave for 4 hours. Give yourself a 10 minute break each hour, something to look forward too. good luck

use all your time wisely, divide the work to study for. get away from all distractions such as television, computer, etc. just study and dont let anyone bother you. go to a nice quiet deserted place and sit down and study. its the best thing to do. i had three final exams and i had two days to study. i sat down read and ate and thats all i did those two days. good luck!
