I will just go ahead and correct the answer before me. She wasn't talking about fish. I think possibly the rarest character is the one that comes along in the UFO every now and then, but I can't remember his name at the moment.

The whale shark isthe rarest fish fish really rare u see a fin out of the water and he sell for alot but the rarest creature comes in a ufo
