OK, it's "brujeria".

Sounds like a good luck charm. I mean, crosses/Xs are usually to do with balance or the sun, eyes are for vision or protection against the evil eye, a cross is balance, dollar bill for prosperity, horseshoe for luck, red bow for...power?

Now, I'm not too up on Brujeria/Santeria--I'm just talking about what the symbols mean in many cultures and traditions. They could mean something different in these traditions.

But it sounds like a good-luck charm, one for health, wealth, and protection.

I'd say it's positive.
