Hell is an "earned" commodity
People who have received salvation thru the acceptance of Christ will "attain" heaven
But, the wages of sin is death
People who die without the salvation and acceptance of Christ and have not actually been at the things that are of a nature to be literally against the nature of God and on the absolute thou shall not list simply die----dead--- paid in full--- wages received---cashed out
The people who have worked at it and earned it---there is a quite lengthy laundry list of these achievments within the pages of the Bible----- earn the one way ticket to eternal torment ---- that is an earned situation !!

Jesus Christ exists merely two thousand years ago. History of human existences way pass 100,000 years. So, what do you think of that.
Also, the oldest proven form of religion is Hinduism. What happen to those people around that era ?
Also, religion only spread through human contacts, for the people who lives in the Australia and America and islands, there were no religion that similar or resemble Christianity and Catholic. What happen to those people who lives there for thousands of years prior to explorers from western civilization ?
You have been good in asking all these questions. It shows that you are thinking logically. Keep up the questioning and find out the truth yourself. Don't take things the face values as people tells you. You will learn the truth by keep asking questions until it all make sense to you.

anybody might have the possibility, whether in this existence or the subsequent. in any different case, why did Jesus, throughout the time of the three days He become in the tomb bypass and start up up the artwork of preaching to the spirits that had already surpassed on? That it incredibly is extra basic to settle for in this existence, I have not got any doubt, by using fact the repentance technique and the atonement have been designed often for those people who settle for Christ in this existence. whether, it does not exclude people who did no longer have the possibility to settle for Christ in this existence. we are ALL God's babies. He loves each and each and anybody human beings no count number our race, faith, national foundation, or maybe language. So all might have the possibility to settle for at it slow. The apostle Paul additionally stated this in style of a decrease back door way. He stated, "Else what shall they do that are baptized for the lifeless, if the lifeless upward push under no circumstances? why are they then baptized for the lifeless?" (a million Cor 15:29) He become, of direction, conversing on the subject of the resurrection, however the question has to upward push up, why have been human beings being baptized for different those that had already died. The logical answer could be that they knew that their lifeless ancestors did no longer have a raffle to settle for Christ and be baptized. human beings on the earth have been appearing those baptisms for deceased. so as that they too could settle for Christ and have the advantages of baptism. undergo in strategies, Paul become chatting with the Corinthians right here, so maximum human beings of those Christians could have been first era and does no longer have been of the Jewish faith. God bless and save the religion and comprehend that God does not forget approximately everybody. His plan is all inclusive to ALL who will settle for His will.

Hi 'Sugarbaby':
This is a good question, you asked for a scripture that addresses the issue of those who have never heard the good news of Jesus crusifiction,
God desires for us to all know what he did for us, and choose him, but many will never hear about that, so insted God will view our worth of heaven based on what we already know, and our conscience which bases witness to our actions and motives we

What the Bible says in my opinion, according to Christian doctrine, is that Christ himself (historically and eternally) is the propitiation for ALL the sins of mankind. That is, it has "been paid." But free will requires that it be ACCEPTED by the recipient. The gospel, so to speak, is the OFFER. The acceptance seals the contract, and God will not renege on his accepted offer. He will also not be "unjust." To the world, or to any individual who ever lived. He will be just, and also merciful, to the last iota and atom.

I think that if you lead a moral life, then you'll go to Heaven, regardless of your faith. I think that would be so wrong to say that only Christians will have the chance of going to Heaven. I don't know if there really is a Heaven, no one knows for sure. But like someone else said, I have a hard time believing that people would be punished for eternity, and go to hell. I was taught that God is forgiving, no matter how bad we mess up.

Many people read the Bible literally and take everything it says in a concrete way. I think the Bible is metaphorical and has deeper spiritual meaning. One of the main reasons "literalists" believe that people who don't accept Christ go to hell is because Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one goes to the Father except through me." I believe, however, that Jesus was using personification when he said that, which was a common way for him to speak to his followers. I believe he meant he is the personification of Truth itself and no one could get to heaven except through following the truths he told.
Also, Jesus said that "the Kingdom of God is within," so that means those truths are within all of us. It wouldn't make sense that a person would go to hell if they found the kingdom of God within himself, like Gandhi did.

There are different stages of Hell.
Those who lead virtuous lives but did not accept God are sent to a stage in Hell where there is no suffering, but there is no joy. Just an empty feeling.
Gandhi would be there along with Socrates, and... some other people.
I forgot what that stage of Hell is called.
People that accept God, but live sinful lives (pretty much everyone), go to purgatory, where they are punished for there sins, but eventually get to Heaven.
And the other stages in Hell are reserved for people like me, who deny God, and live in sin, where we will be punished forever.
People who are never introduced to God are in a less severe stage of Hell, but the point is, the only way to Heaven is to accept God. Everyone else goes to a stage of Hell according to their lives.

I believe anyone who leads a good life no matter what their religion will go to heaven. There are so many people in this world of different faiths no one can make me believe that God will bare them from heaven because of their religious orientation. That would mean most people would not go to heaven. It just doesn't even make sense that a just God would do that to mankind! God can be called by another name in other religions but it is the same God we worship, there can only be one.

There are a lot of Christians who think that people of other faiths are also following Christ if they live in a way consistent with his teachings (and Gandhi did that a whole lot better than a whole lot of supposed Christians). And there are a whole lot of Christians (like me) who think that no loving God could ever consign a person to suffering, particularly eternal suffering. That kind of god would be a monster. Christians are taught that God is love, not the cosmic torturer.
Boy, I'm going to get a lot of thumbs down for saying that.
