i bought a toshiba odd-dvd sd-r5272 burner i think i installed it right but i have problems while trying to burn my movies because when i try to burn them it says that my dvd its not writable but its not true because they are all new what can i do can anyone tell what i need to burn my movies please any experts in burning movies !!!!

Hi. Yes, it's a burner : http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,1895,1633749,00.asp Do you have the CD that came with it? If so then there is a copy of Nero on it. Launch Nero and click F1 for help. The drivers may need to be updated from the Toshiba website. Some burners also seem to work better with some disk brands than others. Try a good brand of, maybe, DVD+R.
