Birth control pills are NOT 100% effective with condoms they are more effective however if the condom breaks or slips off...they're still NOT 100% effective so yes you CAN get pregnant if you're on the pill and using a condom and it breaks or slips off. Besides condoms do no good in preventing HPV, HPV is spread by skin to skin contact and not bodily fluids, a person with HPV does not have to have a breakout of "active" leisions in order to be contagious...HPV is a cause of cervical cancer in women. So if you get HPV you will stand a really good chance of getting cervical cancer and need a hysterecomy but at least then you won't have to worry about using birth control pills OR condoms.

specific. the only confident thank you to no longer get pregnant is to no longer have intercourse. utilising the pill a hundred% properly potential there is in easy terms a million-2% threat of having pregnant. utilising condoms potential there's a three% threat of having pregnant; whether did you already know that 2-5% of condoms wreck? in case you omit one pill or do no longer take it on the comparable time every day or start up taking a prescription the proportion to become pregnant turns into bigger. even nonetheless it lessens the possibilities its nonetheless a threat.

Yes. Neither method is 100% effective (almost always due to user error) but it is far better than using nothing at all. The only thing better than a condom at protecting from STD's is complete abstonence. Good Luck!
