Go to Disney World. You don't have to be a kid to enjoy that. It's much more fun as an adult anyway b/c when you are a kid you barely remember it if at all. If you live in or near California, do Disneyland instead.

Go to the police station and ask them if they can spare a donut or two for your morning breakfast. Then for lunch go to the zoo and have a staring contest with the monkeys while eating a banana. For dinner, go to a steak house and ask for a hot dog. Finally, end your day by going to a gay bar and have the gay guys by your drinks all night long. Then when you wake up in the morning you will have a hell of a story that will remind you never to drink that much again. Better to learn it once, than to learn it over and over just different scenerio.
I promise you will never drink till you black out again, and you will be very careful of where your drinks are coming from.

okay . i know i know im not 21 lol or 20 .....
but i have ALOT of older buds 21 and older. and ive always planned what to do .
Go out to a big hockey game. stripp club . get hammered with your buds and go and play some stupid games like go to a batting cage with ur buds when u drunk. jk dont do it! lol :p did it once.. ha.
If you dont like drinking , Just chill have a little old suprize house party 4 the guy .
I say the best parties are if you have like a masive arcade or either like a fun place sorta thing? out here in B.C. Abbotsford theres a place Called Castle Fun pArk ( yeh young lil shits go there lol but later on when the kockturnal older people come out -ahah :p jk - its fun ) just go there witha bunch of your buds and have a great time.
it all depends on what the person is like.
Go on those fast @$$ go-karts! or rent out a track somewhere and go drifting! so much fun

See if your city does a pub crawl. Or go to the closest major city you live near and see if they have something similar. Our city has a bus called the Prison Bus and you buy a ticket and it takes you to all the hottest bars where you get complimentary drinks (or damn near free ) and the best part is, you don't have to drive!
It's fun if you don't feel like dishing out the cash for vegas!!!

When my son turned 21 he went to six flags over missouri, i was very happy because i didn't want him getting drunk and forgetting who he was or even getting in a bad car accident, but he had a blast.
