yes,,,the name to look for is nouveou (wet n wild). They have the felt tip eyeliner,,,it is spendy too,,,about 8 bucks for a stick that will probably last a 21 yr old,,,'bout 3 months.
Tip: One should throw away eye makeup after 6 months,,due to bacteria!!
