Many ppl here in America don't want to work, and isn't it better that these ppl work and send money to build up their native countries instead of the US government having to send money to them like they do to many countries in the Middle-East and Asia. We provide aid to many radical and backward thinking countries in ASIA, Europe, and Africa, and we receive nothing from it. We only get hated by them more and more. Look at Israel, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, etc........

well its looked down upon because its committing a crime. also, people who come here with out any documentation are harder to catch if they commit a crime. they will work for less pay, which in turn takes jobs away from other Americans. i do understand that some of these jobs if it wasn't for the immigrants wouldn't be as full... but for some.. its different. plus, IF they came here legally then they could not only do these kind of jobs but get more pay. which i really dont understand why not come here legally?
i mean i know it costs money to get a green card... but what is worth more? money or sometimes your life? i have heard of people getting KILLED because they tried to cross the border. and the ONLY reason you wont be able to get a green card is if you are wanted or a felon... and well, this also makes illegal immigrants look bad too because it leave the people to wonder- why didn't they get the green card? a possible felon?... and why would we want any more criminals in our country?

i think what needs to be done to stop this, is the places these people are coming from need to be fixed. you aren't going to fix a whole government structure with some people working here and sending money home.

people don't hate on immigrants because they got here illegally, that's a front for racism for some, and others who have been denied employment often feel they've been undercut by a foreigner in their native born country. americans break 3 laws a day on average. the law has little to do with the majority of peoples' sentiment on the issue.
