yeah... most kids dont listen to teachers anyways so... maybe they should have a fast food course in high school that wheres most of americas losers end up anyways... and a how to make your trailer look like a house program LMAO

Only if the hyperbole is really necessary. If someone has little enough self respect and no skills and bad habits, like drugs, it is conceivable that they will end up homeless.

sadly, teachers as well as many parents, get very frustrated at times and blurt out stupid things. perhaps they think the "scare tactic" will work or that for some reason, a kid will actually believe what they say. no one should say things like that but sometimes we do.

Yes too scare them teachers really aren't lieing kids are so spoiled these days! they think that the government or parents guardians r just gonna stoop down and fix thier problems then they can go back to thier ipods!

NO, BUT I USED TO HAVE AHISTORY TEACHER IN HIGH SCHOOL WHO WOULD TELL US IF WE DONT LEARN EARLY IN LIFE THAT WE (THE GIRLS IN THE CLASS) WOULD BE BARE FOOT IN THE KITCHEN WITH 5 KIDS...

i can't understand why a teacher would do that unless he/she was trying to get their attention. but i think more harm than good would come.
