I dont mind if the houses are a little run down or in need of renovating.the location can also be anywhere in the UK.

You will find the cheapest houses in areas like Salford and Gorton also Whalley Range and Hulme if you live near Manchester-or want to move here.But these areas have reputations which is why the prices are low.

look if it sounds to good to be true it probably is. People would buy these in a heart beat if only for scrap. Every thing in the construction is worth money and can be taken out and sold then the rest hauled off and they still own the ground. try using your head

Ilkeston is cheap (Derbyshire). But be careful - park your car and risk finding it on bricks. It's not very culturally diverse either...

try Legoland you can get some great cheap houses there
