Is it true that Ric Flair beat up a guy like a year ago?

Well today at school, we (my class) were going over stuff for the huge test that is coming up in two weeks. So we were talking about the human body and its systems, so then Mr Brown
(the teacher) said that the hormones affect us when we are teens and also when the ppl get older like on the 40's 50's or 60's, so then he asked us if we knew who Ric Flair was, and i said yes, so he said that he beat up a guy like a year ago cuz the body changes again and hormones are affecting ppl like that (he said sumthing like that, i dont really remember) and that Flair also got in jail for that, but i dont remember that that happened.
So is it true that Ric got in jail for beating up a guy?

Flair was charged with injury to personal property and simple assault and battery, both misdemeanors. This incident was ridiculed on WWE programming, most notably by the wrestler Edge. The charges were dropped after the witnesses failed to show for a scheduled court appearance

now that does not suprise me that he did not show up for court....he was probably scared

Nope this isn't the end of DX.As you say they face RKO at New Years Revolution.What happened last night was part of the storyline of their on-going feud.You can bet your life DX will destroy those 2 prats at NYR - can't stand those 2 guys! HHH/HBK will end their careers when they choose to & that won't be for ages yet. Edge & Orton certainly don't get my respect for what they did - storyline or no.Orton may be the future of WWE - if he'd only lose the bad attitude backstage ( remember he got suspended a while back?) but Edge is over 30 & his best days are behind him so he's not the future. Look to Kennedy Or Kenny or even Cena if you wanna look at the future. DX is a major part of WWE - both from a story & merchandise point of view.Those guys are legends & my faves.the day HHH/HBK quit is the day i stop watching.OK - rant over!

While I respect John Cena, I pay my utmost respect to Ric Flair! Ric was doing his "thing", long before Cena was born. Ric is a natural contender, and nothing to mess with. If given my call, I'd say Ric, did what comes naturally, and perhaps that guy had it coming. Whooot!!!!!

I lived out side of Charolette at the time. A guy cut him off on I-77
and rick waited for him to stop and jumped out and tried to punch him thur the window. Rick was charged and the charges were later dropped.
