What should I do about nonsense messages that I receive in my Bulk folder from strangers?

Well either keep deleting or see if your email has the option of only allowing email from those that are accepted. (Although keep in mind that other random ones you need to get may not get through.)

Delete them!

Never respond to them - respponses will generate additional SPAM mail.

just delete all they are is spam spam and spam.
