Where the batteries are loaded one of the wire coils have snaped off! only i've thrown away the box etc and it has been used. Thanks for answers though, i shall take it back but i will go beetroot

depends on weather or not it has been subjected to to much wear and tear. you could get your mum to take it back for you. lol

i dont think they refund rabbits but you could contact the main head office and complain getting some sort of refund

yes take it to the shop they should change it for you, or go to an Ann summers party and tell the rep. these are expensive you should take it back don't be embarrassed they sell thousands of these
