Everybody has a price-that means that everyone has a price in terms of if offered a large amount of money for something most people will sell but if they say no then the amount goes up because everyone has a price they wont say no to. There is no such thing as a free lunch means if someone invites you to a free lunch you can be sure theres a sales pitch coming up, or they will hit on you for a loan, or some cost to you for the "free"' lunch.

"Everybody has a price" means that everybody will eventually sell out and do something unethical if they are paid enough. (It doesn't necessarily mean with money - it could be the promise of a great job, or protection, or anything else that someone really really wants.)
"No such thing as a free lunch" means that everything has strings attached. If someone offers you "a free lunch," they will expect something in return, so the "free lunch" will end up costing you in the end.

It means that every person will do something as long as you give them enough money. It is not a very nice thing to say, basically implying that people will do anything for "their price".
I don't know what "there is no such thing as free lunch" means.

Everybody has a price means that you someone can pay you to do ANYTHING. It's generally associated with money, but not necessarily. For example:
I'll give you $100 if you eat this bug. Ok, $1000... ok $1 million. Ok, If you don't eat that bug I will hurt (insert family member here). Eventually they will give you something that you can't refuse.
A "free lunch" is more like implicit bribery. For example, you can get all kinds of "free" ipods on the internet. But you soon find out you are part of a pyramid scheme and you are sacrificing all your personal information to some random person before you get suspicious and give up.

No, not really. The "free lunch" bit means that if you want something, you have to pay for it, either with money, or with some kind of goods or service in trade.
As far as "everybody has a price," that means that people can be bribed for the right price. Cynical.

it's the same as the law of KARMA, all action has a corresponding effect. Think: " There's no such thing as a free meal."

There's a joke where a man asks a woman if she would ever accept an INDECIENT PROPOSAL (like the movie). Would she sleep with him for a million dollars? She said YES, for a million. Then he said What about $50? She said What do you think I am... a slut? He said We've established THAT! I'm just dickering over the price now!
