Have you ever had a teacher who is just mean and horrible?

My 5th grade teacher was a man...he would assign a lot of homework, and the next day, if you didn't have it done, he'd have you go out into the hallway. He had a long paddle, half inch thick with holes drilled in the board.
He would make the girls bend over, and hold onto their ankles, and then he'd lift up their dresses, place it up on their back, and give them three big whacks. You could hear the girls scream and cry. The boys, he would just hold onto one hand, and give them three big whacks. They would always scream too.
When he whipped me that way, my mom called the school board, complained, and he finally stopped whipping the kids.
I'm sure that he now has a spot in the "hot place", as he died several years ago.

Yes! When I was in high school, there was a teacher who was awful, he would yell at everybody and during study halls he would sit in the back of class and pick his nose and flick his findings at students... it sounds like I'm making this up but I'm so serious. My school had a gread program, but the staff was crazy, two of the teachers got caught having sex in the 4H room and both of their marriages were destroyed, and there was just all kinds of drama. Don't stress about it if you have a horrible teacher. They are only going to be in your life for a few years and then you never have to see them again.

Dissed Americans all the time. Called all Americans stupid numerous times. Sad thing is, She's also American.
I got sick of this and told my guy friend next to me that if she ever did it again, I'd say something. She did a couple days later. I told her to stop. Not very respectful, but I was sick of it. I ended up getting a detention for "Talking." That was the best time I ever had after school because a bunch of my goof-off I don't care friends were there. We laughed the whole time.
It was worth is, and I'd do it again. I took a blow with my parents though. I still have a grudge against her.

I had teacher's that seemed mean and horrible. But when I got older and ran into them in the store or something, I realized they were actually very nice and often times, shy. The shyness made them come across as mean.

When I was in grammar school over 50 years ago, we had a mathamatics teacher who would hit you across the knuckles for no reason at all. His nickname was "Howdie". He packed up teaching and started in a new job as a lumberjack. I just felt very sorry for those trees!! Honest this is true.

I've had subs like that, but never a teacher that was consistently mean and horrible. I have had some moody teachers though.

Hell yah! I had this math teacher in highschool and she was such a b*tch! I had always complained to my mom about her, and how she always gave me a hard time, and my mom ended up calling the principle and ratted the teacher out! Then I transferred out after ditching her class for 2 weeks straight.
