Having a heart attack is not always pain in the chest . You can have it in the neck, jaw, back, arm. or shoulder. often times there is no pain, just pressure. I know I have been there. In women it a little harder to detect. Have a doctor to check you out to be on the safe side. Oh yea, you can suffer little mini attack and not know it . Please get tested.

Don't check webmd. I did that and it freaked me out. It sucks.
Go to your doc. Get checked out. That's the obvious answer.
In my case, they told me I have bad enough allergies that the cartiledge in my rib cage has been getting inflamed. I forget the name for it, but it was mimicing heart attack pains for 3 years. My left arm would even start to hurt.
They put me on an inhaler and antibiotics and since then I've not had much chest pain at all, if any at all. Mostly only on really cold days.

it could just be heartburn, but it's defenetly not a heartattack. You can also suffer from a sort of cramp on the blood-vessels in the heart, caused by the vesseles not letting through enough blood, this can be treated with nitroglycerin pills. you probably should go see a doctor though!

you could be having the early stages of a heartattack. My best advice get to the dr and let him do some test on you before you have the heartattack.

you need to see a doctor! the pains you seem to be experiencing are those of a heart attact. don't let anyone tell you it's acid reflux.you need to go have tests done .because if you don't this could lead to a strke and paralization or death.

yes , your discription is right, also it can be nausea. women experience the nausea, and shrug it off as indigestion, when i had my heart attack in 1999, it was just nausea, and a feeling of weakness in my whole body.
