If you want to stay with the girl the answer should be "no way, you are way hotter than her". She just wants you to tell her that she is beautiful and that you only have eyes for her, its an insecurity thing. And maybe you are spending too much time checking out other girls instead of paying attention to your girlfriend?

OK. Your answer should always be " no" to that question. She probably just wants some attention and affection. Make her feel like she is the hottest girl you've ever seen.

I have never asked that question, But I do ask, "do you have any communicable disease, how big is your bed, what do you drive, how large is your bank account and are you presently living with your mother"? I don't care how hot I look, how hot are you?
