what worked for me once, was to write a letter to someone in the CBJ's head office -- a VP or promotions person, stating your desire to meet him. It worked for me a few years ago, got to meet one of the biggest stars of all-time in dressing room after a game.
otherwise, go to a game, hang around the bench after 3 stars and talk

Maybe you can try getting to know his brother if you are a student at OSU, His brother plays Hockey for them...He resides in Dublin Ohio.Hockey Fest is always a good time to meet any player, I am the biggest CBJ Fan so I think I know!
