get into trouble for lying about your age on Ebay? I am 13 and I want to get stuff on ebay.
(They really shouldnt show happy children on ebay commercials if they are not the ones who buy the stuff)

If you have the money to buy things on ebay and are resposible about what you buy, I am sure your parents will allow oyu to use their account or make the transaction for you.
If my children want something (within reason) I will buy it for them or if they are making the purchase themselves they will give me the money and I place the order for them.
It is safer this way because, first of all, the rules that are set for a reason are being followed and your parents are able to protect you and be involved as they should be.

If you lie about your age on Ebay and get caught your parents will be allowed to shave your head and not get in any trouble for doing that.

Well, you can't legally pay for anything you win on ebay.
