eyeliner help?

Question

i use to always put eyeliner in my eyes but now it doesnt look good anymore, i need something i can wear outside or in the house just to give myself a good look, something light like eyeliner. i dont wana wear mascara or anything heavy. does anyone have any suggestions..?

PUT IT ON TOP OF YOUR LASH LINE, FOR THE UPPER AND UNDER YOUR LASH LINE FOR THE LOWER, OR IF YOUR GETTING A LITTLE OLDER, JUST SKIP THE LINER ALL TOGETHER ON THE LOWER, AND YOU'LL LOOK YOUNGER.

It's interesting that you'd want to wear eyeliner as opposed to masacara. I think a lot of women would consider mascara the very basic if they don't want to wear any more eye makeup.

Personally I think eyeliner for the most part gives a more dramatic defined look. As many have suggested, maybe a lighter color in gel formula would help soften the look.

I still prefer mascara as the basic eye makeup if I want to wear nothing else. I usually opt for a brown defining formula that's very light and liquidy as opposed to the volumizing formula. If you lashes need tinting, go for defining formula in brown. If you already have breautiful thick, natrually colored lashes, you might even consider wearing clear mascara just to give your lashes shape. That'd open your eyes very nicely and still gives a very clean/fresh look.

Before you give up on eyeliner, try lighter, tan-colored eyeliner. L'Oreal makes some great eyeliner! If not, then try using a light shadow of beiger eyeshadow over the entire lid, a colored eyeshadow (pink!) from the lash line to the crease, and a dark pink or plum in the crease only. You can also try putting a little bit of dark pink eyeshadow right along your lash line. Good luck!

Ok, here are just a few make up tips, first of all, you can do different things with your make up every day remember, so one day wear eye liner, the next don't, that way you won't get sick of how you wear your make up. Another thing is with eyeliner, don't just wear it on the bottom, always wear it on the top. Either wear it on the top only, or on the top and bottom because otherwise it will make your eyes 'droopy' looking. Also you can try smudging your eyeshadow down underneath your eyes. Make up can be so much fun, just experiment with it and you can find some looks you really like!

If you have used eyeliner previously, you should have no trouble selecting a lighter shade. You could go to a dept. store with beauty products and ask for some assistance, get a look that pleases you.

Hi, use a pencil it's easier, they multiple colours now. Choose something that matches your clothes and eyes. Try just the bottom first, working your way out past the corner of your eye like a cat, always curve upwards. Then you can the top, doing the same thing.

Why doesn't eyeliner look good on you anymore? Well, you can always use eyeshadow as an eyeliner.. its much softer and it stays on longer.

If one color of eyeliner doesn't work, try using a different color. Eyeliner comes in oodles and oodles of colors. Maybe eyelashes and eyeliners aren't your best subject. Try something funky with the eyelid, or get a weird shade of lip-gloss. Golds and silvers are so in this Spring.

you can try powder eye shadow mixed with water and a nice small brush, really bold colors are made. or you can put eyeliner pencil stuff on and then watch your face a little then it will be minal

you can wear eye liner just dont put it on dark..what i do is pull my eye down just a little and put it right on the bottom but when i put it on i dont put it all the way to the corner of my eye..bc it makes your eyes look smaller..that way you have much fuller eyes..i dont wear mascara either..
