Start with getting more air into the engine. This can be done with the high flow low resistance kits that K and N and Air Raid have. Then get that air out of the engine by going to a high flow exhaust system like Gibson or another brand. Then install your chip. You should gain about 25% in power. Want more? Supercharge or turbo charge to really get the flow going. Add a header system and when you really want to get wild, nitrous can boost your engine by 100 HP for a few exhilarating seconds of rocket ride. Nothing I have mentioned here is internal in the engine and most of these things do not affect engine longevity.

have the chip changed in the car's computer, convert it to duel exhaust two ways
Edit note; There is so many different things that you can do but most have a pretty hefty price tag it is really up to you and your bill fold $$$$$$$

computer chip will increase it nd NOS will slightly increase it along with acceloration
