why won,t norton anti virus recognize my second account?

For a year i have ran norton on my puter.Now i have added another account(second to the administrator) . when we open 2nd from the start menu,norton won,t run, something about certificates or path.(not sure ) Any how: Am i supposed to let norton know of the new arrival or??? IDUNNO .

Because when you create a new XP profile it usually goes back to as if you just installed the XP cd from scratch. I suggest you install it when you're in the new profile's screen.
