You can't. The only options there are, are under account settings. There you can choose to block under 18, if you're over 18. Or over 18, if you're under 18. You can also block comedy, music, and other Myspace groups like that from viewing and contacting your page. Or you can use a whore-me generator code to automatically go to tons of sites and requesting add to friends.
