Are either of these games worth a buy? (Portrait of ruin, Dawn of Sorrow)
Also what is the difficulty level of these?

I have both of those Castlevania games that you mentioned and I think that both of them are EXCELLENT, as are all of the games in the Castlevania video game series.
As far as the difficulty levels of Portrait of Ruin and Dawn of Sorrow are concerned, that varies, depending on the boss that you are fighting in the game. For example, in "Castlevania: Dawn of Sorrow", the easiest boss to fight and defeat is Rahab, while the hardest one is Menace.

I think they are both good.But I like Dawn of Sorrow.
