Ipods are really easy to figure out and once you get the hang of it you'll love it! No, your cd's are not history. You can download the Cd Music onto your ipod. Just open up itunes and insert your cd and click import. The titles of the songs on your cds will not pop up. You will have to name them yourself but if it came with a case all of the songs names should be on the back!
