No...tuition ONLY includes the fees for the class. Some include a flat tuition for the hours you take, while others make you pay a tuition to just take classes. It depends on your school.
Books are seperate and are determined by the classes you take and whether or not you buy them new or used. Sometimes even if you buy used, a senior's load will easily run $400+.
As for room and board, you'll get to chose from many different things. Dorms come in different sizes from the luxury to the cramped. The cheapest is usually the most packed, but it's also easier to get to know people. Board will cost as to which meal plan you pick per week.
Also be prepared for costs of getting your student ID (you have to get one), internet (although you may get it back if you return the stuff back at the end of the year), and lab fees.

It depends on the college. You're going to have to look into the way it works for the one you're interested in. In most cases, the tuition is charged by how many classes you're taking, the class fees of that class (if there are any) and books are completely seperate. Room & Board depends also, but when making your payment, it will be added to the cost of your classes.
For example, tuition for a semester of 12 credit hours costs you $5,000. Books cost $400 and R&B is $2,000. You'll be billed $7,000 or have a payment plan to break up that amount over a period of time and the $400 books you're going to have to go out and buy at the bookstore.

Tuition and room and board are usually included in the fees each semester. You will have to pay for the books separately because your books will depend on what classes you choose to take so there will be no flat fee for them to charge you for. Tuition and room and board are regulated by the university so those fees will be included together if you live on campus.

When they tell you how much it costs on the university website it tells you everything put together, but you pay for your tuition seperate from your housing (which could or could not include food) and you pay for your books seperate from that, when you go buy them.

It depends on how you do it. Check the college website before hand and see what their current rates are. YOu may also want to check out the prices at a few colleges you are considering beforehand to see which one is right for you.
