I THOUGHT THE PRODUCERS AND WRITERS GET THE MOST AND THEN THE DIRECTORS BUT I SUPPOSE IT DEPENDS ON THE FILM AND ACTOR/RESS

The main actor makes more than the director in most cases. The budget and actors wages come from the producers.

I don't know all the ins and outs but I do know that it all varies. For example, a big studio might put up a smallish budget for a movie but then sometimes they're prepared to stump up more cash to make it and produce it if a huge named star can be brought on board. The studio will then pay their fee as part of the deal (even sometimes securing a 4, 5, whatever picture deal with the star) because they're taking a gamble that their name will drag a bigger audience in and in turn more profits for the studio. That's just one scenario. It doesn't always go like that.

1) Depends but for big movies, the actors get paid most
2) Depends again, for big movies usually the studio but sometimes from TV companies or (rarely) from private finance
3) Actors are usually paid a flat fee for big movies or a fee + percentage for minor movies.
