120/80 is considered normal, but BP can be elevated due to other factors, such as exercise or your body's response to an environment, for example the temperature or stress. BP can also be elevated just by being in the Dr.'s office due to tension or anxiety. If you went to the doctor and had it taken and he/she is not concerned then I am sure they feel you are fine. If not and you are concerned then you should make an appointment with your Dr. Stage 1 high BP is considered 140-159/90-99.

Some women that are smaller may have 65-70 over 110-120.
The health according to blood pressure measure depends on
realistic issues, that is are there underlining problems to cause
raising pressure to the extent that it can cause internal injury.
An organ not functioning well will show up in blood pressure. A
thorough regular physical shows if there are potentials. Get
an idea about if the issues are nutritional that is immediately
applied by yourself for repairs. Later daily exhaustion can show that there are more serious active misfunctions. 110-130
over 70-80 is normal. Lower by ten points is a healthy report.
