you can't really, anybody can add you without you knowing. You could try one of those "click here" links that records who clicks in your profile, but not everybody clicks those either.

AIM doesn't really allow for this. It's kind of "blind."

Yahoo, and ICQ are only slightly better in this regard because you may be required to approve people adding you to their lists, but if you forget years could pass and you won't remember all of the lists you're being viewed from.
