It could be several things. Conditioner will do virtually nothing for any of the diseases this could be. Quick swimming about can be a sign of ammonia poisoning. If this is the case, you need to change the water, but part of the problem is that you are probably doing too much water changes and cleaning things too well and not allowing the tank to build any beneficial bacteria. Turning to its side as it swims could be a sign of flashing, which means that it has a parasite that it is trying to scrape off. It also could be suffocating. Do you have a filter? There are so many things that you need to know and there just isn't enough space here to tell you everything. So, for now, I would say do a 50% water change and get some filtration going if you don't have any. Goldfish MUST have a filter. Get a master test kit and learn how to test the water. Also, add some aquarium salt to the water. Do not add table salt. You can only add aquarium salt from the pet store. Add it according to directions. It would be about 1/2 teaspoon per 1 gallon of water. Don't overdo the salt. That can kill the goldfish if you add too much. Also, do you have the proper size tank for your fish? Goldfish need a minimum of 10 gallons of water per fish. If you can't afford a tank right now, one of those plastic storage containers work just fine with a filter until you can afford a 10 gallon tank. Please do some reading on how to properly take care of goldfish so that your fish are happy and healthy and you don't have to worry about any of them dying. You can't have too much knowledge when it comes to taking good care of a pet.

Is this a joke because u said the goldfish is like suffocating, is it out of the water if so put it back in, and how can it run? But my fish swims around and around quickly when its hungry or when it sees me take the food conatiner. And what kind of conditioner did u put in it?? change the water and it should help -- it sounds like the water is bad and he needs clean water. just some water conditioner won't do it.

some fish don't take very well to water changes or chemical changes. sometimes they snap out of it (the turning gasping thing) and sometimes they don't. i hope yours makes it.
